On how to relieve the pain I have "down there".. I am swollen, baby is super duper low (which I know, normal this late in the game) but the pain is making me crazy, I want to curl up in the fetal position, but can't, there's a beach ball belly in the way.. Is there anything I can do? I have seriously considered an ice pack in my underwear, but I doubt that would last long, lmao!

Freeze a wet diaper and put it in your underwear. That's what they gave me in the hospital after I had dd. it was an awesome ice pack lol.

I will not be surprised if I have tripled my water bill with as many baths as I've taken, but guess I'll give the ice pack a try, it seemed a little extreme to me but between swollen achy b**bs and the pain down there then there's the random contractions that hurt from pretty much my ribs to my vagina... Yeah maybe the ice pack isn't too extreme..

like a cloth one? or disposable? maybe an odd question but freezing a disposable seems strange to me

It was a disposable. It was really strange to me at first but when I used it I was shocked at how good it worked. They were all out of ice packs lol.

I'll try it! Have plenty of diapers stacked up around here waiting on his little booty to get out! Okay more like big booty, if he weren't so big this might not be so uncomfortable! (I really wouldn't know though my last baby was big too)

I hope it helped! Hopefully you don't have to much longer until he's here.
