My LO is barely peeing. I give her water and milk but she doesn't seem to drink it much. I'm worried. Is it normal? She is 2.

Depends on what barely peeing is? How much is she drinking? What color is her urine? Does it have a strong smell?

She only drinks maybe 1 sippy of water a day and maybe 2 sippys of milk. She wants to drink more milk but she won't eat.
Her urine is yellow. No strong smell that I have noticed.

I would definitely up her water intake. If she doesnt like just plain water try flavoring it with some fruit. If it isnt a dark yellow and not strong smelling she stay hydrated to some degree but def. sounds like she still needs more water.
