My older 2 kids lost their first teeth at 6 years old.

My 4 year old has a wiggly tooth. Isn't this way early?

No. I think kids start losing teeth around that age. I believe that when I lost my first tooth. (my mother is a weird one and she saved my baby teeth)

A's became loose @ 4. It took a while for it to fall out. She's lost 2 already and just turned 6 (they fell out last winter and early spring). She actually had the 2 adult teeth in before the baby's fell out. I don't think so. It may just take some time to fall out.

No. Jenna lost her first tooth at 4 years 3 months. I thought it was not right, but all her other teeth followed suit  she just turned 8 and she only has a few teeth left to lose. She also started getting teeth around 4 months and had all her teeth, excluding 2 yr molars, by a year old.

I figure 5-6 is when they start losing teeth. Heathen will be 5 in November, and last time she went to the dentist, in March, she said she had a wiggly tooth. The dentist checked it out and said it's normal. She may lose them early, she may not. He said only to worry if it's actually hurting her, and she doesn't say it is

Eva's tooth is super wiggly..feel like it's hanging on by a string.

It's weird. Misa's 2 teeth were loose a week ago and fell out last night and now Eva tells me hers is getting ready to fall out.

And my 7 year old looks like a freaking Jack o lantern right now.

I'm kinda thankful we don't do the whole tooth fairy thing or I'd go broke this month.

Our dentist said the earlier they get them in, the earlier they are likely to start losing them. My best friend's daughter started getting in her teeth around 4m old, and started losing hers aroun 4yo. My son didn't start getting his in until around 9m old, and he has yet to have a wiggly and he will be 5 next month. I asked because he is nonverbal, so I was trying to get a round about idea of when to start looking for wiggly teeth because he doesn't have any way to tell me when things like that happen.

I dunno how true that is really. They all got their first teeth around 6-7 months old.

It depends on the child really... I was 7 when I lost my first tooth. My son was 4 when he lost his first 2... he is 5 now and has lost 4 and has 3 other teeth that are wiggly
