Quoting speaktruth2powr:" I would fall into the "keep them together" camp. I mean, the situation might be different if one of ... [snip!] ... it came to you paying out for one while the other remained in public school, I could see there being some resentment from that."

Resentment is something I had thought about that is why I couldn't really say what I would do for sure but that definitely was a thought. Both schools are private and honestly, paying for two to go to the Parish High School would not be that much cheaper than one scholarship to the best and having to pay for the other to go there too but it would boil down to their admissions process and whether they would get in.

I really think in the end it is something for the kids to decide.

Not wanting to be a Debbie Downer or anything, but what happens if they (or one of them isn't) aren't athletically or academically inclined?

Then we would stay with the original Parish high school and not worry about the college prep highschool at all.lol It'sstill a great school, top rated and private,so that would be fine by me, my husband just had to mention the other school to make a mommy stress about nothing.lol I just refuse to send my girls to the public schools here.
It was completely hypothetical but of course, I had to see what BG would say
