What the f**k is wrong with me? =[ user banned

I can not handle DD today at ALL. I'm usually so patient with her but today I just want to scream.

She keeps getting into things she normally doesn't. She woke up before me this morning and my room was a complete WRECK. There are clothes everywhere, omg.

And everything is making her cry. I don't know if she can sense how stressed out I am and it's bothering her but I just can not be rational today.

I asked her to put something down and she started f**king SCREAMING. Like a terrified scream, not even like she was just throwing a tantrum.

If I leave the room she starts bawling.

She's throwing things and dumping things and breaking her toys.

I don't know how to handle it today. I'm so upset and stressed out. I keep trying to comfort her and ask her to sit with me and share a snack or something but she just ends up throwing a bigger fit.

I've asked SO to come over and watch her for a little while.. I want to bash my head into a wall right now, I have no idea how to deal with this.

Help? =[

Take her outside or for a walk. Maybe she needs some fresh air.

Or go for a drive.

I might ask SO to take her outside once he gets here. I can't walk around much at the moment so I'm not sure I could keep up with her today. Lol. She might just need to run off her stress too, that's a good idea.

I have to take dd out for a walk every morning or she's very unhappy lol. Fresh air does wonders.

Or a bubble bath with some toys. Or play dough or something like that.

I think it sounds like you need to be the one getting out. Maybe have him stay with her at the house while you take a drive or go sit at a park or even just run some errands. I'm usually here with my son all day every day but every few weeks I get to this breaking point and my son usually reacts to my stress and by the time my husband gets home, I'm in tears. I usually just have to get out for a couple of hours and then I'm okay.
