I love Kylie! It's super cute. I hate Alexis though, but Alexa is nice.

They are all really really juvenile.

What about something more substantial like Kathleen, Kaitlin, calista, Calluna, calliope, kamilla, Cassandra, Katerina?

I love Camilla if I ever have another baby, but not with a K! Not big on K names, Americans butcher classic names by replacing C's with K's.

I don't typically like K names either, for the same reason but this is actually a legitimate spelling, it's Hungarian. I went for the K spellings bc op seemed to want a k name.

It's such a pet peeve of mine. I hate when people take Irish C names especially and replace them with K's. There is no K's in the gaeilge language. Stop it people lol.

For the most part Gaelic names have to be respelled in order for people to pronounce them correctly. The Gaelic language is so incredibly different than English. I would never use a Gaelic name for that reason, I'd hate to change the spelling but would also hate to saddle my kid with a name no one can pronounce.

Not really. The names are pretty easy to pronounce. Though I'm fluent so I guess maybe some. But Cailin, Colm, Cathal, Cillian, Cian should never be altered. Ok maybe O

Yes V's are bh, but Maeve is completely acceptable, like Patrick instead of Padraic would be.
