I am having a BBQ at my house this weekend for my husbands birthday and we are smoking ribs for the main dish. What are some of your favorite side dishes for a BBQ? I'm just curious to see what everyone else likes for ideas! Thanks!!!
Cole law, corn, carrots, corn on the cob... Pasta salad? Potato salad?
Corn on the cob and baked beans. Yum!
Corn on the cob. Potatoes (either mashed, or salad). Good rolls. Green beans. Mac and cheese...
I'm hungry.
Corn on the cob
Potatoes, onions, mushrooms & garlic with butter wrapped in foil and cooked on the grill
I made some delicious potatoes tonight. They were creamy and tasty, I'm definitely doing them again. I roasted tiny red potatoes with fresh halved button mushrooms at 450 for about 20 minutes, then turned the heat down to 350 for another 20. I sprinkled them with salt, pepper and olive oil.
While they're cooking use 3/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt, 1tbsp red win vinegar, 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 clove chopped garlic and 1/8 cup each chopped dill, parsley, taragon and oregano. Blend that all together in blender and pour over potatoes and mushrooms when they cool a little bit, but still warm. It's fantastic.
Oh yum. Corn on the cob, baked beans, cole slaw, rolls, pasta salad, deviled eggs, grilled veggies....yum.
Quoting Vindictive [WAHM]:" Holy yum."
I seen them on some cooking show and they looked good and boy they didn't disappoint.
Grilled veggies, fresh salad, baked beans, broccoli salad, black bean salad.
Mac & cheese, corn on the cob, cornbread, mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, baked beans.
Deviled eggs! I put bacon bits on top of mine :)
