DS is 5 days old. As soon as he falls a sleeps he poops. Do I change him even though it means it wakes him up? I have been changing it and he goes back to sleep quick and then poops again.

Yeah, you're gonna have to change him anyway or he could get a rash.

I always change poop diapers. They can get a rash if they sit in it.

Yeah, change him, you don't want him getting a rash. I'm lucky my little guy is a heavy sleeper lol he just lies there sound asleep on the changing table, I can even change his clothes while he's sleeping! Lol My dd who's 18 months is the same way! I got some heavy sleepers!
