My 13 pound little girl is 4 months old and getting on her knee's and trying to crawl already. Is that normal? She isnt quite there but if there is something in front of her she can move a little bit...

DD started crawling at 6 months, so I don't think its too far fetched. But, if she crawls "early" its her normal. There really isn't too much guidelines for this.

And to add, DD didn't walk until a little after 14 months.

Totally normal for some kids! My oldest was doing that at 4 months..getting on his hands and knees and swaying back and forth..didn't fully craw till almost 6 months though.

DS started that at 4 months and was crawling 2 weeks later. Normal for some kids.
