What does your 14m old eat? Nicola. (Expecting #2) Due May 23 (girl); 1 child; Huntsville, AL, United States 4722 posts

DS is almost 14 months. He eats great and loves to eat. But I feel like he is always eating the same things. Just looking for more ideas for what to feed him for meals. Oh and especially for snack times.

He loves fruits and he likes vegetables too. But he really only likes squash, carrots, and green beans. Grapes are his absolute favorite along with watermelon. I feel like he may need more proteins though? I don't have many ideas for how to incorporate them into his diet.

Any foods and ideas welcome! TIA

They just ate whatever I ate. Usually eggs, toast, and fruit for breakfast, something like cheese and fruit for snack, leftover dinner for lunch, and some sort of protein with veggies and fruit for dinner.

Try beans. My kids have always loved them. They are easy to serve and easy for them to pick up.

My sons favorites are black and pinto beans

His favorite food is avocado, he sometimes eats 2 a day, I just serve it in chunks

He does like Lima beans. So I will try different kinds of beans! He doesn't really refuse many foods. lol He is in the 95% for height and weight.
