So, since i can remember (my first nightmare i have memory of is age 6) i've had horrible nightmares. Every night. Insanely vivid. I've described them as having a separate life at night where anything can happen. 99.9% of them ending with my death and those around me.
To someone who doesn't remember their dreams, this may sound insane, but i've gone nights without sleep just to avoid the nightmares. They become that stressful.

ANYWAYS

Something that happens most frequently in my dreams is, my teeth falling out.
The other night I was in a nightmare, and my side tooth came out, i mean, i remember the feeling of crumbled tooth on my tongue.
Then the other side tooth came out.
They they all started just pulling out, blood everywhere,
and my dream self said, "this is a dream. my teeth only fall out in dreams, wake the hell up" and i did.
I know that's part of lucid dreaming,
but my real question is,
have YOU had dreams where your teeth come out?
Doesn't it have a "meaning"?

I freaking hate it. I wake up stressed and am anxious about it the rest of the day, ha.

I never have nightmares just vividly stupid dreams that make no sense, but I often have dreams where my teeth fall out, crumble or turn to ash.
I've noticed these usually happen when I am anxious - it happened a lot when I was pregnant.

that's one i've read too. that it has to do with insecurities cos a huge part of vanity lies in your teeth.
