Both will be pronounced the same way 95% of the time. Just choose whatever spelling you like better. Because neither change the pronunciation.

I don't know why but personally I always pronounce Lilianna as "lily-anna"

I like Liliana. My daughters name is Lily Ana. Ana as the middle.

Yeah most of the time it will be pronounced as aw-na either way. The number of n's won't change that. It'll have more to do with where the person saying it is from.
