my DH and i never had a wedding, but we are planning to have one for our vow renewal, he has already been married once (they did a church wedding) but even though he can go out and pick out an amazing dress and heels without me, i honestly wouldn't let him plan the whole wedding himself, of course i would involve him and get his input since the day is about US, i just couldn't let him just go at it himself.

Literally while opening this I was thinking "f**k NO!" So I'm totally glad that was an option! haha

Quoting ℳj:" ahahahahahahah. No. I can't even get him to plan a date night, he lacks creativity."

SO, too. I let him decorate our house. I don't buy anything decorative, because he doesn't like it. Toy boxes are milk crates because he doesn't like the fabric boxes... I am not sure I could have a bare minimum, non-decorative wedding. I would probably go naked if it were up to him.

My husband wouldnt do it.. He cant plan... He is the most indecisive person I've ever met lol. He would get frustrated and just throw a kegger with hot dogs and hamburgers...no joke.,.. that WAS his idea for our wedding.. Oh and to go down the river on a tube after we say our vows... classy..

Yes, I definitely would. And I know exactly what it would look like, too -- a beautiful, rustic wedding. The only thing he'd ask my advice on is the flowers.
