My sister in law told me Coke causes miscarriages cause the caffeine is that true? all i've been drinking is water...but i had 2 cokes yesterday and she made me switch to sprite. I've been getting super bad headaches before i got pregnant i was drinking mountain dew...and i cut that out completely and i had to quit smoking cold turkey too. How can i make the headaches stop :(

Doctors tell you caffeine is not the best during pregnancy. You should limit it.Causing miscarriages IDK.I drank Pepsi almost everyday with my pregnancies and did not end up with a miscarriage. When i ended up with a miscarriage i was not drinking pepsi at all ( my very first pregnancy)

You're allowed to drink soda in moderation. Coke is okay, I'm 20 weeks and never really gave up caffeine.

You can gave caffein in moderation, I would be specifically careful about soda though, more so because of all of the sugar. That being said, I drank a few sodas a week sometimes more sometimes less during both of my pregnancies.

I think you can have 300mg of caffeine a day while pregnant.

Soda is pretty bad for you pregnant or not maybe drink tea or coffee?

You'll be okay with that. I've never heard of caffeine actually causing a miscarriage for anyone, and I drink it like I'm not even pregnant. My baby is healthy as can be.
If you could limit it though, just because soda is bad for you in general, or balance it out with water then do that.
