So I have to make an appointment for the obgyn. Yesterday after i was throwing up.. i think i had a stomach bug. My SO and I were talking and I was standing in front of him and all of sudden, my stomach jiggled and moved around.. But i had my period every month for like 3-4 days. and i took a test today and BFN. so im just going to make an obgyn appointment

has this happened to anyone else?

It supposedly happened to an old friend of mine and she didn't get a positive test result until 8 weeks, and then her second pregnancy at 10 weeks. An old neighbor said she didn't get a pee-stick bfp til 19 weeks along.

The same exact thing except she didnt find out until she was 6 months along. had full blown periods *lasted 7-9 days at a time*

Well NO she didn't get a period. She had some kind if break through bleeding. You do not get a period while pregnant

You do not have periods while pregnant. A lot of women having bleeding thoughout pregnancy, but they're not true menstrual cycles.

Anyways, if you're far enough along to see/feel the baby moving, you would be far enough along to have a positive test.

one of my friends never got a bfp when she was pregnant with her daughter, only on the bloodwork. She even had a 'pee on a stick' game at her baby shower for fun and it didn't show a bfp then either. It is possible.

not really, by the time the pregnancy is that far along, the test wouldnt show due to the hook effect.

How long did you research "hook effect" before posting? Do you even know what that means?
