looks like hives. Hives usually go away after an hour or two, but if they don't then maybe poison ivy. If not either of those then idk

Looks like the hives my son would get when he came in contact with any of his food allergies.

That looks like a rash my son and I currently have.. If it's the same thing you have to get either prescription cream or use bacitracin over the counter, because it's infected hair follicles.

You don't have poison ivy in Germany? That's so weird! But like I said if its hives he should be alright, it can be triggered by random stuff. If it dosent go away then its something more serious, but good you're taking him to the doctor!

cortizone cream helps but id wait to see the doc for that.
my son is allergic to eggs. but he soemtimes randomly breaks out with hives in random spots we use the cortizone cream it clears it up.
