Around 6 months I noticed my son had knots on the back of his head toward the bottom by his neck they were a little smaller than a pea he had 2 on one side & one on the other I thought they were swollen lymph nodes? His dr said it could be and it was fine he's a year now and one of them got bigger & is more flat the other is about the same size. Any clue what it is?

Can you move it around under the skin? My youngest has one that is kinda hard but I can move it around a bit. I'm asking at his next appointment.

Yes it moves. He used to not let me touch it now it doesn't bother him if I do

My son has never paid any attention when I touch it. I wasnt sure what it could be either. If you figure something out, please let me know.

my little cousin had something similar on his bottom of his foot, it was pea-sized little hard ball under his skin, it could move around a bit, anyway it ended up being a benign cyst/tumor that he had to have removed because of it's location. i'm surprised your dr hasn't sent you to a specialist to check them out.
