Senstive tests? DLiz42 Due June 13; TTC since Apr 2013; 1 child; 1 angel baby; oswego, ny, United States 97 posts17th Sep
So between cramping and throwing up this month I haven't gotten a BFP. I just feel pregnant. However, my period is 5 days away. I've taken CB Digital tests. But lately I've heard that those aren't sensitive. Anyone have any opinions?

I took a CB and I was about a month if. Idk about sensitivity, but it worked for me.

I took a CB test when I was 2weeks pregnant and it came back saying "Pregnant" on it and I went to the hospital for bleeding and they did a urine test and it came back negative and I was freaking out! I showed the doctor my test and he did a blood test which my level were just barely high enough to determine I was pregnant. He said I was a week to two weeks pregnant no farther than that... So it was sensitive enough to say I was at just a week or two. But I also held my pee as long as I could so that there was as much hormones in there as possible..Best of luck!!

Thank you! I'll probablly end up doing the same thing. My HCG levels always are slow to rise for the 1st 2 months. When I was pregnant with my son, it took about a week after my period for my hormones to be senstive enough for test to show. Really hoping this is our month! Thanks for the luck!
