Postpartum body issues jen black 2 kids; California 1850 posts

So I have a few questions and just some venting to do I guess so please don't judge. I had my first in April 2012. I just had my second on August 1,2013. (So pretty much back to back pregnancies) I have never really had much of a problem with my body image, As I WAS 5 foot 1 inch and 135 lbs pre pregnancy. Well now I am having major self esteem issues. I am now 165 lbs of pure jiggly fat. I understand that it took me two pregnancies worth to get to this point, but it isn't making me feel any better. It doesn't make my double chin go away or my arms sag any less. It's something I need to accept but I just can't. I am in such a deep depression over my Cody and appearance I want to remove the mirrors from my house. I have been exercising 3-6 days per week. Eating better, and taking green coffee bean diet pills. I have been doing a lot of exercises for my double chin and face I found online and it appears as if I've only gotten worse. My MIL asked if my teeth were bothering me because my face looked really "round". Nope. My teeth are fine. I just keep gaining and I'm actually try to do something about my appearance and I think that why I'm having such a problem. I'm trying but it's only getting worse. I am on no birth control so tht wouldn't be a factor. I literally hate myself. I'm just disgusting In my eyes. Is this apart of PPD? (I am having no other negative thoughts or issues at all) do you know of any support groups for PP body issues? Or a blog? I will be discussing with my doctor next week at my appt. but has anyone felt like this afterwards? I understand I need to give it time but as time goes by its getting worse and I'm just trying to help myself. I am not looking for a "get over it" just looking for people who might have gone through this and may know of a reference for some help besides what info I will get from my doctor. Thank you in advance mamas.

Make sure you are eating enough! If you eat too little you actually stop yourself from loosing weight.

I had bad self esteem issues after my first as I had gained 92 poubss during pregnsnxy. I cried the first time I looked in the mirror after birth.

Are you breastfeeding? Whats your diet like? Keeping yourself well hydrated and eating fibrous foods makes a huge difference. And a big part in a healthy digestive track snd metabolism is having regular bowel movements.

I am limiting my calories to 1,400 per day. Mainly fruit, veggies, and carbs as I do not eat meat. I think that is still a good calorie intake for my age and size

Up it to 1750 when you work out. And get protein! I recommend nuts and shakes because you don't eat meat.

Thats a good number for caloric intake. Do you eat fried foods? I also do not eat meat and notice that I have had a tendency to eat deliciously fried items.
