It's ur babies name no one else's so pick what u like. That's all that matters :) no one I knew liked the name Koa and u know what they made fun of it and said I should pick a diff name he would be made fun of and I still named him Koa. And he's the best thing ever! Plus all thoses ppl who made fun of his name love him and got over that bs real quick :) same with my daughter Aubree. No one liked not but myself and her dad and honestly that's all that really matters :D

I agree. People should name their kid whatever they want BUT why change the spelling? Changing the spelling of the name doesn't make it unique, it makes it so that people spell or pronounce their name wrong for the rest of their life.

I don't like it. Sorry. Ibrecommend looking up traditional Hawaiian names if thats thebstyle you like, there are some beautiful names out there.

I'm not sure about mahalie but I do know a mahala (ma-hay-la) and she gets compliments often. I'm not sure of the origin or the meaning but just putting it out there

Yep your right my friends is naming her baby that. I love the name Sariah and lots of people hate it.
