And I mean that in the nicest way possible lol

Cora woke up around 2 am and stayed up. I pleaded with her, begged her, to just close her eyes and get more sleep.

She wouldn't.

She was happy in her room and let me kinda doze until 5:30.

She makes me get up, make breakfast, and get her milk.

After I cook the eggs, I call her. No answer.

Little snot is totally asleep in my bed!

School bus comes in about 45 minutes so I gotta wake her up soon. Hopefully this isn't a bad omen for the rest of the day

Haha! That figures. We've been have rough nights like that for the past week. I'll be glad when things go back to normal.

Oh goodness. I'd let her sleep, and call the school and tell them she would be in late... otherwise (if it were my child) she would be a menace all day!

I have no way to get her there late.

She cheered up after she has something to drink and got some fresh air.

ETA that I debated just keeping her home. But once she was up, she wanted to go. I gave her the choice today and she chose to go.
