I'm 37w4d

and for the past 2 days ive had such horrible pain I can barley walk... getting out of bed is seriously a chore. I can hear my bones clicking and everything....

the pain is where my legs would join my hips and around the front and back... almost that whole pelvic bone area...

does anyone else deal with this? what do you do to ease tge pain? any exercises?

It's called SPD. I have it very mildly right now at 32 weeks with twins. Google it and exercises on how to alleviate the pain and pressure.

I have been having bad hip and pelvic pain as well.... I have also been hearing cracking and grinding when I get up or just move the wrong way..... I have found hot baths to be the most helpful! I also sleep with a pillow between my legs because that helps to align your hips properly.... Has the baby dropped?
