Mr. Everett Cole! Born September 20th at 11:54 AM 8lbs 3 oz.
Woke up around 4:30-5am by 6 AM I decided that the contractions were probably close enough and intense enough to head to the hospital soon since we had an hour drive, got our daughter ready for school and left around 7am, got here around 8 am at about 4-5 cm and progressed fairly quickly. Pushed for 15 minutes and he was out by 11:54. We had the awesome opportunity to have a birth photographer present who took some amazing pictures.
We did have a bit of a scary start though! Requested an epi when we got here, he came in pretty quickly and got it all set and about 5 minutes later I felt nauseous and lightheaded, let the nurse know. Next thing I recall I was waking up to 10 nurses and drs around me and my husband looking scared as hell. Apparently, I lost consciousness, my blood pressure bottomed out, I started convulsing and they had to use epinephrine. Had a bit of cardiac/pulse/blood pressure issues through out the rest of my labor.. which seems to have corrected itself with delivery.
Other than a bit shaken up that I feel like a million bucks, don't feel like I gave birth what so ever. Everett has been such a good baby and is nursing like a pro! We've waited so long for this little miracle, I can't believe he's finally here. Thanks for letting me share :)

They're not exactly sure, they said it could have been that I hadn't had enough fluids, or just a reaction, although I had no issues with the epi with my daughter... It was pretty scary..
