I've bought some giant granny panties for after my c-section .... I've also got a granny nighty to complete the image.

It's great! I wish they sold the one's from the hospital as well though! Those things are amazing! But, Granny panties help just as much! :) My mom even bought me some jammies to be comfy in to BF, but my OB gave me Loratabs for the pain, and I don't think its safe to breast feed while taking them.

The ones we get here are similar to the second link, but they are shaped like the first one. They basically look like a fishnet stocking turned into a pair of panties, and they are super uncomfortable :(

Ya those are what they gave me in the hospital and I loved them. First time I was like...no way is this humongo pad fitting in these things. It fit AND was comfortable. Miracle undies.

lol with my repeat c-section, the nurses gave me a box with panties and those large pads to take home.
I was a big fan of that water bottle they give you to clean yourself off with.
