Till dh gets home. He's been working 12 hour days for the last week. He's hardly seen our son because he leaves before he wales up and gets home after he's in bed (yeah my kid sleeps ALOT) he's got the next two days off... How do you mommas handle Dhs with long hours? I'm used to being the one whose always at work cause i was military and he was sahd so this is all super new to me.

It sucks. DH works a lot as well, he owns his own business and is very dedicated. Sometimes, he'll work 80/week.

Oh my. Idk how I'd handle that. Dh can work 40-65 a week if he'd like. He's allowed 50 hours of overtime a paycheck. It just sucks cause I'm used to him being home when I'm home and never having to do things alone lol now I feel lost without him :( he just started this job a month ago. And he was working 9-5 till last week so it wasn't so bad.

It sucks lol. DH works 6 10s or 12s. Depends on the week. It's also a one hour commute one way so I'm alone 24/7.

Maybe that's why it's been so hard. DH got a new property not that long ago and to see what worked and what didn't he worked it for a straight week, that week he was working more than 80 hours a week. So difficult because before him getting that property he was home maybe 3 - 4 days out of the week.
