Quoting BG Secrets:" Thank you, everyone. Unfortunately I don't have health insurance so going to a doctor isn't an option ... [snip!] ... some homeopathic ways to deal with this. I'm just not sure if my sex drive is the problem, or if I'm just the problem."

A hormonal imbalance doesn't just affect your girly bits. It affects your mind (hence PPD). Good luck!

I honestly take away a little different than others I guess. Since you have had an orgasm, and masturbate (even if it isn't often) I''d lean towards a mental block you have about being with another person.

I don't know if there is any past of sexual abuse that you are aware of, but that can often cause this sort of reaction. It can cause people to not trust their partners, and thus be unable to relax and allow any good feelings from sex. Just a guess.

As others have said, maybe seeing a therapist could help too, to figure out what it is that is making it difficult for you to enjoy sex. I'm really sorry you're dealing with this, and you are not disgusting or broken or anything like that.
