Is there anyone who can help you out for a little while? That isn't really a notable fever for a 2 year old. But I can understand being stressed out by a non stop crying kid.
If it's possible then get someone to take him for even just an hour or so and go relax, take a nap, sit in silence
Either way, I hope little man feels better and you are able to get some peace soon.
Keep your head up mamma. It will be over soon. :)

Maybe just rock him, rub him, and love in him. Sing to him. Its hard when you're upset but it may help him relax

Yup there is and those are called the 2 year molars they come in about this time. I remember my nephew getting them and he was cranky and just plain aggravating and nothing would calm him. Try giving him Popsicles, frozen chunks of milk, cold fruit, anything that can help "numb" up his mouth

Have you thought about letting him nurse again? It was just a few weeks ago that you stopped. As long as he doesn't bite it might be really comforting?

Yes i have but the sucking bothers me. Im now pregnant again and it seems my milk has really slowed down so it takes forever for him to even get anything and the feeling annoys me ever since i got pregnant.

Sadly no....the whole teething process sucks monkey pole majorly!! You go through it for up to 3 years and just because they didn't do something like this before doesn't mean it wasn't coming. Molars hurt. You do need to take a break though. This is how accidents happen and it's sad.(not saying by any means you would ever hurt your child) but parents get frustrated and snap. If anything put him down with a sippy cup in his crib and walk away. Step outside take a breather

Has he been fussing with his ears much? Do you notice it happening more at night or when he lays down?
Just asking because that is how my little one acts when he gets ear infections. He's never been bothered much by his molars and doesn't get fevers with teething, he takes that pain out by biting lol. But when he has an ear infection it's absolutely pitiful, and he usually gets a runny nose too. Is the snot/mucus colored or clear?

Well he started getting better and then got worse turns out he developed bacterial pneumonia after being in the emergecy for breathing ive been complaining about for 3 days to his dr and she just said it was from the fever so i finally took him in because i knew that breathing wasnt right
