I thought I would start a 6 months to fit journey for us girls that need to lose some extra weight!!!
It would be nice to post pictures, Before and after.. But not required.
Required to participate.. ACTIVE ONCE A WEEK CHECK IN!! We all need to keep each other accountable!! If you feel like you're slacking.. LET US KNOW. We'll help you!! We can get this down together!!

Week 1: Day 1 Do as many burpees as you possibly can. Then each day (till next Tuesday) add 3 more!! Lets see how many each one of us can do!
We could possibly also do a give away for the most percent lost??? That's up in the air for us to decide!! :)

I need to do this. I started a little over a year ago but I need to get my butt in gear.

My chiropractor did a challenge at her office, everyone who wanted to was to go home and do as many burpees as they could until they no longer could do them. Then they were to add I think 2 or more everyday. She got up to like 90 burpees a day. After the first day you did not have to do them at one time.
For those that do not know what a burpee is. The push up is optional.
