My daughter's turning 1 soon and we want to start weaning her off formula. Like maybe start putting the formula in a new bottle or sippy cup. Not sure what I should buy her though? These orthodontic bottles or an sippy cup with handles and rubber top. ? Def want her to use a rubber top though for the transition. I'm about getting ready to buy this pack of nuk orthodontic bottles but don't know if I should still be buying "bottles" so confused lol.

What I did was firs week 2 ounces milk then the rest formula, next week did 3 ounces milk then the rest formula, next week 4 ounces milk etc etc. by her first birthday she only drank milk. From about 16 months on, she used sippy cups during the day and bottles for naps and bedtime. Last month I threw all her bottles out and got her these sippy cups that she could use to go to sleep. I think they're called nubbies. She just turned 2 on Saturday

Thats what I heard! My SO thinks Im rushing it though :/ I just dont want it to be super hard to get her off it.. Shes already really attached to her fornula/bottle. Im thinking of just buying her a whole new set of 5oz bottles since she only.drinks 2 oz.. but every 2 hrs still. So she gets were going through a nee 'transition' i suppose?

IMO I would definitely try to stop the bottle earlier. I kind of just followed my daughters lead but my friends daughter who is 2 doesn't seem to want to let the bottle go and the older they get, the harder it gets. That's also why I got rid of the paci a little after one. If I tried at 2, it would be hell
