My dog peed on my daughter's pack n play, which she sleeps in.
Four hours ago I took the pad outside, wiped it off, sprayed it with bleach water, then hosed it off thoroughly. I then laid a towel on it and stomped it, then hung out on a tree for four hours. It was still a tiny bit damp. I have it covered in a thin blanket all the way around. Should it be okay now? Oh, and I also cleaned the sides of course..

I have never had urine on it, but I clean my mat with the attachment on my carpet shampooer

You need to let it air dry the rest of the way before putting a sheet or baby back in it.

If you cant get the smell out, fill the bathtub up with water and a lot of baking soda and let it soak for a long time!!! It will take the urine smell right out of it! Or at petsmart they have an all natural spray called natures miracle that will also help! Good luck!

Same happened to me but the urine was too strong so I had to throw mine out and get a new one. Make sure it's completely air dried before you put your child back into it! (I'm sure you know this, though)
