DD (10 weeks) had a lip tie. We had it corrected on Monday. She has been having vomiting and gas problems since birth (she even threw up in the hospital). I hoped clipping it would fix it. She's still spitting up. In fact she's spit up more tonight than she has in a few weeks. Idk what to do anymore.... do I just put her on formula? She's started spitting up specks of blood and won't keep her zantac down. I've tried changing my diet but I don't even know where to start with that either. She's EBF btw. I know this is jumbled, I just wish I knew what to do

I can't say about the vomitting, but both of my children were horrifically gassy. Like, screaming in pain every single dang day and only getting relief when I helped them get it out. They grew out of it once their insides developed more but that was't until 4 months or so.

I know you said you changed your diet, but with my youngest i couldn't have anything dairy or any orange juice. He went from screaming in pain all day to fine once i stopped those two. Good luck momma. It's hard seeing them in pain :(

Is it possible she has a milk allergy? My friends baby was like that and come to find out she is allergic to cow milk proteins so my friend had to go on a dairy free diet since then it has cleared up.

Dairy was the first thing I stopped but it didn't help so I added it back and she remained the same. Last night was the most she's thrown up in a long time. I kept a food journal for a few days but couldn't find a common item that made her spit up. I guess I should start another one and do it until her follow up ENT appointment. If she doesn't stop by then the doctor wants to do a scope or refer us to a GI doctor. I was hoping not to have to do that. She's been through enough already
