LO is 10 months old and he's breastfed. My one boob just started hurting yesterday and it hurts to touch, or if any pressure is put on it. I don't think it's a clogged duct cause both my boobs feel the exact same.

what could it be? :/

Can you feel any hard spots in them? Is it your boob or just your nipple? Does your boob look any different, like red streaks on them?
Could it be thrush?

There's no blisters and sometimes there's lumps in them when they're full, but I think that's normal. Even when they aren't full, they still hurt. My nipples don't hurt what so ever. They look normal too, so I have no idea what it is.

I'm probably going to make a DR appointment, but I don't when them to I'm dumb lol.

Then it could just be hormonal. Maybe you are ovulating or gearing up to start ovulating/your period.

That was my first thought! When I lifted up my arm I felt a bump near where my boob and armpit hurt, but then it went away. I've never had this problem before and I'm 10 months PP, still breastfeeding and haven't had my first period yet.
