so I have been having these off and on dizzy spells, and on occasions my heartbeats fast. I twitch every now and again, was wondering if anyone has had these symptoms. I know a ER doctor had told me that my sciatic nerve is causing my pain in my back and down throughout my legs, I know every pregnancy is different but this one Ive never had to deal with these kind of problems in my other 3. anyone know what could cause these things?

Dizzy spells can be from low blood pressure which is normal. My heart raced with my last pregnancy too. I think it has something to do with either increased fluids or increased blood flow.

I had low iron before this pregnancy but then it went up to 12.6 which they said it was good, after 3 month into this pregnancy it still was at 12.6. I had a cbc blood count, it was also normal. I know it starts up when I drink water, I know my blood pressure was checked a few days ago and it was 120/67 not sure if thats high or not an the lowest ive went was 90/50 somewhere in there. I think it might be up a little, my face is a little hot.

well I just started drinking fluids again because I have a severe uti, I havent had the dizziness for a few weeks now until I started intaking water. My heart bumping like it does I always thought it might been from increase of blow flow for the baby, like you said. I been having high and low blod pressure, third trimester makes me fatigue also.

UTI's can really make you feel cruddy sometimes too. To me it sounds like normal pregnancy woes. :)

I'd say either sugar issue or blood pressure. You said it was 120/67 the other day which is really good but it can change quick. I'd maybe call your
