currently having a contraction which is lasting way over 6 minutes now, is this bh ? Im 39 week on Friday! feels like I have mega mega period cramp and a sore back :(! not had a show or waters broke yet.. Pls reply x

it hasn't stopped for around 15 minutes now, I've tried walking and lying on left side, but really painfull! I wish I could just scream but the whole house is asleep lol I don't know what I should be doing x

Have you tried warm shower? If warm shower doesn't work, try waiting until they get closer together then go in.

I think you should call l&d and see what they suggest. Sometimes it's much better to labor at home as long as possible but I'd get advice from l&d :)

Normally a woman would be considered in labor if each contraction last 1 minute and are coming every 3-5 minutes and it continues to happen. Id call l&d they'd be best to tell you suggestions.

I would give yourself another hour. Try to relax, but early labor can be long! Walk around maybe have a cup of tea. An hour will fly and then you can decided-- stay home another hour?  Or are you too uncomfortable? 

honestly I wish someone said this to me while i was in early laborI went to the hospital way too quickly! Its much more confortable at home.

it began at half 1 and still constant pain I will leave it another while if still painful I'll call in x somehow I keep thinking no it's not labour just me being silly but it's like really bad period cramp should I wake up someone birthing partner incase I need hospital ? x

Mine would last about a min stop and come every 3-5 mins. It wasnt a constant cramp. It loosens then tightens (contraction) And its timeable
