Because mine do.  It's just the damn pills.  But literally everytime after I take them, 5 minutes later I have to force myself not to puke.

With my duaghter they did. My dr switched them to trimesis and I was never sick again

I switched to a food based pre-natal and I stopped getting sick.

Okay, so it's not a weird random thing then.  I need to switch them then because this sucks.   I'd rather not have to restrain myself from vomiting all over myself.

Thats how it was for me. Was the iron that did it for me. So I switched to gummies and also took a sslow release iron supplements

I still vomit with any non-food based vitamin. I'm on three iron supplements and the third isn't food based. I will throw it up, but I don't have an option for it to be food based. So I just take that one before I go to sleep.

I buy the gummy prenatals. Targets are the best, and cheapest. The gummies are the only vitamins i dont vomit from.

I second the sour gummy prenatals. Babies r us has them as does Walgreens

I took the Centrum Prenatals with DHA before I saw my ob and those made me horribly nauseous. I now am taking PNV DHA softgels, they don't give me any problems at all :)

The gummies I had did have iron in them. But towards to end of the bottle I was so sick of the taste. Ugh!

I had this issue too and my dr prescribed iron pills. I was anemic regardless though. I always end up a bit anemic while pregnant.

If I eat before or right after I do a lot better otherwise I do get a little nauseous

mine did too so my dr told me to switch to flinestone vitiams
