Okay so my dr told me its okay to have sex and all that..... well, since losing my first baby in August, i've been so nervous about everything....well, last night my husband and I got it on and things got nice and heated if ya know what I mean lol, then afterwards I was nervous as all get out that it could have stressed baby out...... i was on top for a while and stuff and going at it pretty good so that made me nervous bc normally he is on top which i feel better about since im not doing as much....what do you all think? should i be nervous? i havent had any bleeding or anything and no reason to be nervous but just since losing my baby, everything kinda freaks me out.

The sad part is, I haven't wanted any sex at all lol... I feel SOO bad for him...I have had zero sex drive and the thought of it makes me sick lol but since I have hit my second trimester , about once or twice a week I get a major urge....poor guy, woke him up last night just to give me sex lol. But thanks for easing my mind, I was like oh my lord all this movement is gonna give my child a heart attack!! lol!!

I wouldn't worry.  If there was any reason to not have sex or to have easy sex your doctor would tell you.

That's me! I am 19 weeks and in the last two weeks I have just started wanting it occasionally.  I'm sure it will change again in the third trimester.  I feel bad for my SO but he says he understands.

If it feels good, do it.  Your doc gave the green light, so keep going for it!  I'm due at the beginning of August, and it already only feels good/ doesn't hurt in one maybe 2 positions.

Unless you have restrictions from your doctor, i wouldn't worry about it. 1st tri losses can't be caused by sex. 2nd tri issues are the ones that can be made worse by sex (pre-term labor, placenta previa, rupture of membranes..etc.). Obviously you both have to be comfortable with it though for it to be fun. :) It might just be one of those things where you have to get more comfortable with the pregnancy and sex issue and that's fine too.

I personally am put on the whole no-sex restrictions starting at 10 weeks and lasting all the way through 34+. It's rough i won't lie.

See, I never wake mine up.

I just reach south of the border on him and give a good ol' handy until he's up, in BOTH ways. Then he's too turned on to roll over and go back to bed. So I end up getting my sexy time.

Twice I started having a loss the day after sex, but that is just coincidence. My other pregnancies have not been affected by sex and unless you have an incompetent cervix, there is no reason sex would cause a loss.

This would be me. :) Yay for broken body parts. I think sex is restricted for high blood pressure issues too and placenta previa.
