I seriously just want to cry bc no matter what i do nothing is helping.  Any suggestions?

Im in the exact same boat you are.. My feet are whats more annoying though oh my word!!
Im going to take a shower and put a heating pad on my back.. my ribs dont hurt, baby moved down.. but dang am I sore!! Maybe i'll indulge in a little tylenol pm too ;)  I save it for occasions like this!
Rest an relaxation are on the menu for tonight

I agree with the relaxation. I have had the foot thing and a warm bath and heating pad at the "already feeling hot" point sounded like torture to me. I literally used ice packs on my feet! LOL
As far as the soreness otherwise, I really don't like heating pads, but was surprised at how much they did actually help. Hopefully you don't feel this way for too much longer. Maybe a good night's rest will help. Good luck!

I would say keep an eye on it for sure. If it makes it impossible to sleep or it hasn't gone away after you awake, call the OB. Honestly, no harm would come from calling now if you chose to either. Better safe than sorry. This is my first pregnancy and I know I would call if I felt like the general pain in the areas you were mentioning was bad enough. Hope all is well! Keep us updated.

I can't say enough about chiropractic care.    I keep having maybe major groin pain.  I visit my chiropractor and I'm able to walk out free of pain.   You have to find someone who's studied maternal care though every chiropractor is
