I have been a SAHM for almost 3 years now, but the situation we are in now, both my SO and I have to work. I have an interview tomorrow and I'm not sure if I should tell them I'm pregnant right away or wait... I just really want this job.

I wouldn't tell them. They can't not hire you for being pregnant, however, I would err on the save side. Your pregnancy has nothing to do with the job or qualifications for a job.

Since you're due in 4 months I would tell them.

I wouldn't say a word unless it was a job that would somehow be unsafe if they didn't know up front

This.
By law they cannot discriminate because of pregnancy, but they will.

I'm in this predicament as well. Only I'm a bit further along. If you want the job, don't say anything, because they may find any excuse to not hire you. If they offer it to you, then it becomes pertinent to bring it up as they have already offered the job and do need some notice. Some jobs it is harder to accommodate maternity leave than other jobs, it may or may not be the huge ordeal you are worried about at this place.

They can not hire you if you do tell them, but once the hire you, they can't fire you. I wouldn't mention it during the interview. I would wait until you know if you get it or not and tell them that you are expecting, but will not affect your dedication or ability.

Don't tell them yet. Get the job, work some shifts and show that you are a good worker and then tell them . Legally they cant fire you for being pregnant, but since you are new they could be a*****es and say fired you for some other reason.

I would say wait until after they hire you and you're through the probation period. I know in some states you can be fired for just about anything during a probation period and you can't do anything about it. Good luck!
