I spent $8 a piece on lamb shoulder all because my hubby said he liked it. Well I made pesto  pasta and lamb for the last meal I can cook and it was nasty! My husband apparently doesn't like lamb anymore and since I have never had it. Didn't know I hate it. That kids liked it though

I love lamb but of not cooked right it can taste really bad. My mom raises Scottish black face, and they are the best for taste.

I only like lamb rack, not a fan of leg or shoulder - unless they're prepared with a lot of spices, Persian style. Sorry it didn't work out, the pesto pasta sounds delicious though

Maybe I'll try a different cut. And this time do a rosemary rub.

Lamb with rosemary is awesome. I like Indian spices as well, lamb curry is one of my favorites.

That would make sense to use curry I honestly don't know why I didn't think of that
