I worked in my garden last night for about two hours. I'm incredibly sore all over this morning. I haven't felt baby move at all since I started working. I'm worried I hurt her, but i don't see how.

What are some ways to get her to move? I've tried lying on my back and being very still, tapping my stomach, wiggling it. Nothing. I hate not knowing. :(

I have a dr apt at two, but that is so far away.

Try a glass of orange juice. Something sweet.

Try some juice like OJ, that has sugar in it.

Orange juice or something sugary usually help, also try putting something cold on your stomach.  DD did that to me once, didn't move all day went to L&D sat there for the NST and just as they were about to do an ultra sound because she wasn't moving she started kicking like crazy.

Good luck hope that baby starts moving soon.

Thanks! DD did the same thing a few times when I was pregnant with her. She'd start going nuts just about the time I'd get settled in a l&d bed lol.

I did a lot more than usual yesterday and baby girl was very inactive throughout it.
She's been getting me back this morning for it though. Won't stop moving and stretching out.

I feel better since she did move some. I'm seeing him for an appt anyway this afternoon so I'm not overly anxious.

She was telling you don't work so hard, I don't like it.

I bet so. I figured I must have worn her out last night, hoeing the garden. I hoed it until I got blisters on hands and they popped open. Dh finished it for me. I'm so freaking sore lol.
