I'm about 6 1/2 to 7 weeks pregnant. I have only one symptom this preg (and same for my other preg) which is feeling tired. Well that has pretty much faded these past 2 days. I'm all nervous that I had a missed miscarriage as a friend of mine just had one. blah.... idk what to expect as reply to this.. anyone ever been in the same boat?

When I had a missed miscarriage, my symptoms didn't go away. I was still puking and peeing every day for weeks and weeks after baby had passed away. I was 12 weeks and thought things were fine, baby had passed at 8. I continued puking and having symptoms for three months until everything got cleared out.

Have you had your first ultrasound yet to hear the heartbeat? I'm 9 weeks today, and between 8w2d and 8w4d, all of my symptoms completely disappeared. I was SO scared that I had had a missed miscarriage as well. I wasn't vomiting, my breasts weren't sore, and I was even urinating less. I was still tired but I figured that could be attributed to things other than pregnancy. I called my doctor on Wednesday and explained my concerns, and they fit me in Thursday (yesterday), just to make sure everything was ok - and it was! I got to see my peanut again and the heartbeat was beating a perfect 175bpm! If you're really concerned, I would call your doctor and tell him you've had a decrease in symptoms and that it would make you feel a lot better if you could come in. If he's a good doctor, he should be happy to see you and put your mind at ease. Missed miscarriages are actually pretty rare, so try not to worry too much! I'm sure everything is fine!
