I have done pretty good handling my anxiety since i went off of my anti depressant about 5 months ago but today i totally went off the deep end, i cried the majority of the day and flipped out on my mom and husband. I broke down and took my medicine and i feel really guilty about it, i hate taking anything while pregnant >.<

Make sure you're getting enough sleep. I get horrible anxiety while pregnant if I'm tired.

I got the my average 7 hours but these days i'm staying tired no matter how much sleep i get, I think it has a lot to do with this heat and humidity

I have horrible anxiety also. I went off my meds when I found out I was pregnant and have been doing pretty good. But, yesterday was horrible. I had an anxiety attack first thing yesterday morning. I'm worried that I won't be able to breast feed as long as I want to because I'll need to go back on my meds. My anxiety is much much worse when I am tired, and being pregnant, I'm ALWAYS tired.

Yes! exactly the same feelings i'm having, i didn't breastfeed with DS1 because i started my meds right after i had him but i had high hopes of breastfeeding this time around but with the way things are going i feel like as sleep deprived as i'll be with an 18 month old AND a newborn i'll probably need them.

I was able to breast feed my second baby for 8 weeks. I know that's not very long compared to some mothers, but I had to go back on my meds. I absolutely enjoyed nursing though, so I'm hoping I can BF for as long this time.
