When in doubt, call the doctor.
Hand me downs are okay.
Start buying diapers now. Get them in size 1 and up. Newborn you don't need for too long. Also, start buying wipes.
No one is perfect. No one can tell you what's best for you and your child. You have to do what feels right for you and your child. That's super important.
It doesn't matter how old or young you are, being a first time mom is exciting and terrifying at the same time.
It's not easy and there's gonna be times you wanna throw in the towel and scream. But when you hold that precious baby or hear them say I love you, nothing else in the world matters.

That's a totally natural feeling to be having! Anything specific?

i felt the same way, i'm also 21 and just had my first child 2 weeks ago. i never realized how much work it is to be a parent and the sleepless nights were getting to me there for a few days but each day gets a little better. oh and the stocking up on diapers and wipes is a good idea, i've gone through almost 2 boxes of diapers already
