Our original thread has disappeared so we shall begin again.  Feel free to join in even if you weren't a member previously.  

This thread is dedicated to supporting that choice and to help each other out and to log progress. Whether you are TTC, pregnant, BFing, lose the baby weight or simply trying to improve your health, you are welcome to join!

5'3" tall 
I weigh 157lbs
My goal is to get toned, lose at least 10lbs and over all get healthy.



My weekly goal is to stick to a workout routine for the entire week!

My weekly goal is to go to the gym 3-4timez a week for two hours.

In the original plan was check in every week but I think I am going to pop in every day to say what I did for the day.  That way I'm holding myself accountable.

Current weight: 168 lbs

goal: lose another 15-20 lbs. Tone stomach, more of an ass. Run a half marathon. Wear a bikini next summer. (Don't quite have the guts)

I don't have any more weight to lose, but I do have goals so I'd like to join if that's alright Mid Happy

Age: 23
Height: 5'2
Weight:105

Goal: Tone and gain more muscle. My strength isn't very good at the moment so I really want to work on it. I'm also hoping it might help a bit with my extra skin.

This is right now. I lost 45lbs with the help of a support group before so I always like these.

Oh and my weekly goal is gym or run 3x(took last week off when I popped out my hip) an challenge daily. And gorge on lean protein, produce, and water to undo this past weekend being out of town and living off of fast food.

The 30 Day Shred was my first workout and I really loved it. I'm hoping to try insanity some time too, I hear really good things about it.

I did both! 30 day shred and insanity. Insanity was definitely.. Insane lol. But they both worked! I want to try T25 after I have this baby.

T25 is intense.. At least for me haha.
