Hi I'm 32 weeks pregnant over the last few weeks I've been awoken during the night with intense pain in my left calf it would only last a few minutes then it goes. I got up this morning and been very sore limping all day with it
IIs this part of the pregnancy with the weight gain etc, or is it something to be concerned about??

Totally normal.  Try flexing your toes forward and back it help ease them. Eat some potassium and make sure your hydrated.  I get them almost every night.

I'd drink about two litres a day or sometimes a little more.

It's a Charlie horse and it means you need more water and potassium. I get them in my toes in the middle of the night

Try drinking more water and eating plenty of bananas.

It could also be a blood clot which is serious so I would get it checked out. Pregnant women are 4x more likely to form blood clots and pulmonary embolism is the leading cause of maternal death.
