I dont know whats going on but its driving me nuts! Here I am 38 weeks and Im ready. This kid has not stopped kicking around all day long. Its not like I had anything special today. I had salad and soup for lunch and salad and hamberger for dinner... granted I did have peach tea.. but that shouldnt have made him do anything out of the ordinary.....My boyfriend and I went to the mall and I swear I felt like my vagina was falling. I had strong pains going from my lower back to my abdomen and down my legs... but when I felt my belly it wasnt tight so I figured I wasnt contracting.Sence being home about a hour or so I have taken a shower and the pain has gone away a little... but this kid is moving SO much you can literally see my belly bounce back and forth from the movement and Im still getting the pains in my cervix area...donno if its just from him moving around so much or what. By any chance does the baby move a lot before your supposed to go into labor?

I have not a clue but at 32 weeks mine is constantly on the go. She kicks the same spot over and over and over again until it hurts so bad I want to cry.

Ive heard that they can be very active b4 labor,I was going to ask what you have drank or ate but looks like it may could be only the tea. My little man will do that crazy moving and kicking all in my ribs at night. And during the day still moves or squirms around alot, but my stomach stays hard most the day with mild to moderate contractions. So, maybe we are just very close to labor;) fingers crossed, good luck and try to lay on your left side and drink some water. labor dust!

I remember with my first he moved quite a bit b4 i went into labor. Has anyone been able to start sleeping on their back again? I know that since lil man has dropped I can breathe again and lay on my back instead of my sides. Hes just so big its also funny to lay and watch em go from one side to the other(looks like a mini mountain). I go to the doc mon morn and my doc is sussoped to give me a inducement date since baby is measuring so big. labor dust mommas!
