Lol sometimes to me it feels like my baby "jumps" or like vibrates?
Can they get scared (startled) in the womb?

Mine did that today! But there was nothing to startle her. It just felt like she was trying to jump out of my belly.

cool thanks girls just made me wonder and i was diein to find out and finally remembered to ask...
i dont think i ever felt this way w Brae... he grew fast and he was long right away or just wasnt a very active mover... this one OH YEAH...

yup. i worked in a tire shop with lots of loud noises and sometimes he would jump if i was too close to the tire machine when we were popping tires off the rims. heheh. it was kinda cool.

LoL when I was pregnant my baby had the hiccups all the time and one time i think i saw a spider or something and it scared me and it apparently scared the hiccups away from him too.

I was in the hospital the other week and they had a helicopter land on the roof top next to my room the noise was sudden and soooo Loud and my lil man jumped and i swear he tried to swim away i felt so bad for him :(

Yes they can jump or get startled.
Lol your post made me remember when i was pregnant with my first.
I was using a hammer putting his changing table together it felt like he tried to jump out of my belly.

Yeah def. Especcialy loud noises! I had a coworker come up behind me and scare me and my baby jumped/kicked me real hard
