I was at Thanksgiving dinner here today and my sister who has three kids says that I shouldn't eat turkey because it always put her into labour. She said she even asked her Doctor about it who told her there is some chemical that can induce labour. He said that the day after Thanksgiving, and boxing day are the two busiest days for women giving birth. Anyone heard of this??? My sister did give birth twice after eating turkey - so not sure if that adds any merit to it?

I dont believe in anything inducing labor. I did it all....rasberry leaf tea, nipple stimulation, walking, certains foods etc...

Babies come out when they are ready. Sorry!
