So, I simply cannot find anything about this online... Blarg.
Anywho. I have been having braxton hicks contractions like crazy for the last few days, but I notice that whenever I am on my feet or walking around at all, my uterus is contracted and very hard pretty much the whole time. For example, I was just at the grocery for like 45min. and I think my stomach loosened up like twice. So the "contraction" was lasting like 15min. or so, and I don't tend to feel her move much while they are happening.
My concern is if her heart rate is dropping while I am having these long contractions. When I am sitting I have more normal, periodic contractions that never really last more than a few minutes at a time.
Does anyone else's stomach seem like it just will NOT stop being contracted while they are standing or walking??? I am so confused!
i get that too. it just stays hard the whole time your up. i dont know what or why but i feel your pain!
I had those my last pregnancy.
I am happy to hear I am not the only one!!! Its so weird, and I absolutely cannot find any info on it anywhere!!!!
I was in the hospital yesterday after about 20hrs. of contractions, and they were monitoring me, but I wasn't having the really long contractions because I was laying on the table, not up and around!
That is my main fear but they only happen when I am walking around... I will definately have to call someone and ask!
