Okay....

Baby asprin 81 mg. (The Bayer orange chewable kind is the bomb!) It increases blood flow to the uterus which is good for building lining, implanting and then maintaining the blood flow to reduce risk of miscarriage. When I got my BFP, however I stopped the baby aspirin. You shouldn't take aspirin when pregnant and the risk scared me more than the benefit. My dr did tell me that 81 mg was ok and that they give it to ivf people all the time.

Evening primrose oil makes cm the best possible quality. However you must stop taking it as soon as you ovulate because it causes uterine contractions and could impede implantation. You can buy EPO at wal-mart in the vitamin aisle.

Robitussin increases cm, which you have to have in order for sperm to live and make it to the fallopian tube. You can start taking that @ 5 days before ovulation and stop once you ovulate. It has to be the original kind w/out any letters on it. (I think the words are blue and it says chest congestion).

Pre-seed lubricant also helps too, you can get that at http://www.pre-seed.com.
All other lubes will prohibit sperm mobility, pre-seed actually mimics your own ewcm....which you need to conceive.

Use OPK's and/or saliva ferning microscopes.
http://www.peeonastick.com has a ton of good info on OPK's and HPT's etc.
http://www.ovulation-calculator.com/microscope.htm microscope is cheaper than opk's but I used both. They are @ $30, I think.

All of you who are ttc need to check out "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. It is wonderful! I call it the baby making bible. You can buy the book used on amazon.com for @ $8 or so.

The book will teach you how to chart ovulation/cycles using basal body temp, cervical mucus and cervical position. If you don't want to chart, the book is still very much worth reading because of all the other things you will learn from it!!

I read all the respose this forum has, I must say it's interesting.
I did hear about Fertilaid from another forum that was posted, and she was explaining how she was on it and it worked great for her. I completely forgot which forum that was. I was trying to go through a few I had been on to see if I fin her. So I had gone to the website to learn more about it. After the response this forum got, makes me want to try all these other ways before spending money on the Fertileaid.
Though I'm still not sure what to do, I hope more information come in on this forum..
